1. Refund Eligibility
Yassmedya ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") offers refunds for Pro subscription services under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of a subscription renewal
- Technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as advertised
- Duplicate charges due to system errors
- Dissatisfaction with the service within the refund period
2. Non-Refundable Items

- Services used beyond the refund period

7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:

- False chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
